Our assignments are typically long term. In 1994 PBS was asked by a US manufacturer to develop the German market for its line of technical components. The customized approach for each of the market levels – OEM, system suppliers, aftermarket and key accounts – has since been successfully adapted into other European regions. In 2013 PBS expanded its role and now serves as the sales team for all European business from the US and European plants.

For another US principal, PBS Sales acts as a virtual subsidiary. The PBS sales team developed a pan-European distribution network in 24 countries and handles all customer service and order processing functions. This includes monitoring a warehouse operated by a third party, and taking care of billing, shipping, accounts receivable and returns. Essentially, PBS is giving the US company a complete European operation.
